FAQ

1. Why is my avatar pending approval?
   If we recieve a high number of reports about you from other users, we may disable your image temporarily. From there your account needs to be approved by either an Administrator or Moderator before other users can see your avatar again. Please wait patiently and your account will be dealt with as quickly as possible!
   
   
2. Why are my levels disabled?
   If we receive a high number of reports against a level in one of your packs. they are automatically disabled until an Administrator or Moderator can take a look at it and decide whether or not it is inappropriate. This can take a few days before a Moderator has the time to do so, so please wait patiently.
   
   
3. My account has been banned!
   There are a number of ways this could have happened, but the most common is that a number of users has found your contributions such as comments, avatar image, or levels to be offensive and you have been reported for moderation. A moderator has reviewed the claims against you carefully and made the decision to ban you from contributing furthur to My NinjaKiwi. When signing up to My Ninjakiwi you must agree to the terms and conditions that gives us the right to remove your accoumt, including all levels you may have made, if you do break that agreement. If you think you have been wrongly, please contact an Administrator.
   
   
4. I can't log in!
   If you cannot remember your password, please use the forgot my password feature and we will email your password to you!
   
   
5. How can I contact a Moderator?
   Moderators can be contacted by email, their email address is [username]@myninjakiwi.com. Please make sure that your query isn't already answered elsewhere in the FAQ before contacting us!
   
   
6. I've seen someone breaking the rules, what can I do?
   Good spotting! You have the power to report a user, or a users packs, once. Please do so if you believe that the user is breaking the rules, but do not abuse the report as you yourself may get in trouble for doing so. Reporting a user for breaking the rules will alert moderators and they will take the necessary action.
   
   
7. I can't upload my avatar because it is too big
   At my NinjaKiwi we let you upload your own images to use as an avatar on our website. We have some restrictions; the largest file-size for an image is 512kb. Any images over this size cannot be uploaded. Images are automatically resized to 80x80 pixels.
   
   
8. How do I get Kiwi-Points?
   Users are awarded Kiwi points for all Sorts of things at My Ninjakiwi, Creating levels, playing levels, completing levels, completing challenges, recommending levels, referring your friends and having other users play your levels all win you some points, but only if you are registered and logged in, so if you haven't what're you waiting for!
